The www.autismcentral.ca website (the "Site") is produced by the Miriam Foundation. All use of the Site is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. Privacy PolicyCollection of Personal Information: Autism Central collects information about its users who submit suggestion or comment forms to the webmaster online through the site or by e-mail. Such information may include name, address, phone number, postal code, e-mail address.
a. Use of Personally Identifiable Information. Autism Central will not sell or otherwise transfer or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without the user's prior consent except as may be required by federal, provincial or local law, or by exigent circumstances. That means that Autism Central will not disclose your name, e-mail address, street address or phone number without your consent.
