We are proud to announce that a new not-for-profit ABILI-T ABA centre will open its doors May 2, 2011. ABILI-T will offer early intervention services to 32 children, aged 18 months to 6 years, with autism spectrum disorders, suspected autism spectrum disorders, or other developmental disabilities. ABILI-T is centrally located in Montreal (near Decarie). We are currently accepting new clients and are conducting intake appointments. We would be pleased to have you visit our new site, should you be interested. Please click on the link below for more information on this new Miriam Foundation initiative.

Welcome to Autism Central, a bilingual Canadian portal devoted to serving individuals and organizations in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Autism Central's Goal
Our goals are to support the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of ideas and to link you to resources and information from across Canada.

Some suggestions for using our site:
• Search for a particular organization or resource by   keywords, or browse by region or topic;
• Locate local resources in your community and see what   services are being offered in others;
• Find out about education and training opportunities;
• Link to major research centre websites to learn more about   ongoing research in the field;
• Post a notice to recruit participants for research studies or   surveys;
• Submit a suggestion, ask a question or publicize an event

Autism Central, the National Information Sharing Portal project, was officially launched in March 2007 by the Miriam Foundation, with the participation and support of various individuals and organizations from across Canada.
